Data Requests

Write to doug@wonderlustexpress.com from the email address you used with us, and tell us what you would like: a copy of your information, a correction, or deletion. If you write from another address, we may ask a question or two to confirm that the request is yours before we act on it.

We confirm that we have received your request, act on it within 30 days, and let you know when it is done. There is no charge.

When you ask us to delete your information, we delete it from our files and records. The one exception is records that tax and accounting rules require us to keep, which we hold until those rules allow them to be deleted. Hotels and other providers that received your details for a booking keep their own records under their own policies, and we can tell you which they are. If you have a trip booked, we explain what deleting your details would mean for your reservations before we proceed.
